How To Reach The Bolt Cutters

To begin the sequence, progress through the Valhalla Nursing Home until you solve the jukebox puzzle and enter the Overlap.

As you move through the looping rooms and shifting layouts, continue progressing through the Overlap until reaching a large room containing:

• a locked Tool Cabinet
• a light-switch lever
• nearby blocked pathways

The Bolt Cutters are visible inside the cabinet immediately, but you cannot open it yet.
