How To Reach Frozen Hearts
After progressing through Act 2, you'll eventually leave Monoco's Station.
Instead of following the main route forward, head toward the northeastern exit leading into the frozen plains. At the far end of the area you'll find the portal that leads into Frozen Hearts.
Once Esquie joins your journey, reaching the area becomes straightforward.
