All Hopscotch Challenges In Verso's Drafts

The Hopscotch Challenges scattered throughout Verso's Drafts are optional puzzles that reward exclusive cosmetic items. Most follow the same basic idea: activate tiles in the correct sequence and finish at the final destination tile.

Some puzzles are straightforward, while others require exploring larger sections of the area to locate hidden numbered tiles.

Hopscotch Challenge #1

The first Hopscotch Challenge can be found near the group of Gestrals associated with the Toy Boat activity.

Several of the numbered tiles are partially submerged underwater, making them easy to miss if you're moving too quickly.

Carefully follow the numbered route from beginning to end before stepping on the final goal tile.

Completing the challenge rewards the Chic Hairstyle for Maelle.

Hopscotch Challenge #2

The second challenge begins near the Cake Door that requires the Birthday Cake to open.

Unlike the first puzzle, this challenge spreads its numbered tiles across a large section of the surrounding area. You'll need to follow the sequence carefully as the path loops between trees, ledges, and nearby landmarks.

The route eventually leads back toward the large pink tree, where the final sun tile is located.

Completing the challenge rewards the Double Bun Hairstyle for Sciel.

Hopscotch Challenge #3

The third challenge is located beside the Gestral Baths expedition flag near the Half-baked Lifeguard and the nearby Esquie Statue Puzzle.

This is the most traditional hopscotch layout in the area and follows a simple numbered sequence without requiring exploration.

Finish the full pattern correctly to earn the Chic Hairstyle for Verso.

Hopscotch Challenge #4

The final Hopscotch Challenge is located near the Candy Land expedition flag.

From the flag, head toward the nearby rope and move into the area where an enemy patrols. Destroy the candy jar blocking the hidden path to reveal the puzzle.

Accessing this area requires the Paint Break ability, which is unlocked after locating four Lost Gestrals and reporting back to Sastro.

Follow the numbered path to the final tile to complete the challenge and unlock the Double Bun Hairstyle for Lune.

Is It Worth Completing Every Hopscotch Challenge?

Absolutely. The puzzles are relatively quick to finish and reward exclusive hairstyles that cannot be obtained elsewhere.

If you're working toward cosmetic completion in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, all four Hopscotch Challenges are worth tracking down during your exploration of Verso's Drafts.
