Missable

Trophy: Temperance

Let Johnny Silverhand keep your body.

Type: Silver

Category: Missable

Unlock Details

This ending is earned by choosing to give your body to Johnny Silverhand during the final moments of the story. To make this path available, Panam Palmer’s full storyline must be completed before starting Nocturne OP55N1. If Panam’s quests are unfinished or failed early, this ending cannot be selected. Start Nocturne OP55N1 and play until you reach the balcony with Misty. Choose to ask Panam and the Aldecaldos for help and continue the mission through the assault and the Adam Smasher fight. After that, you will enter cyberspace and speak with Alt and Johnny. When the choice comes up, select the option to give Johnny your body and cross the bridge into cyberspace. The ending cutscene will play and the trophy unlocks once it finishes. This is a heavy story choice, but mechanically it is very simple once you are on the right path. As long as Panam’s storyline is complete, all you need to do is commit to Johnny at the end and let the scene play out.

Trophy: The Devil

Help Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka.

Type: Silver

Category: Missable

Unlock Details

This trophy is earned by saving Takemura during the main job Search and Destroy and then choosing the Arasaka ending at the end of the story. During Search and Destroy, after the Arasaka attack when you regain control of V, do not leave the building right away. Turn left instead and crawl through the opening behind the desk. Fight through the Arasaka soldiers until you reach Takemura in the apartment, clear the remaining enemies, and escort him out safely. If you leave the building without doing this, the trophy is permanently missed. With Takemura saved, continue the story until the final mission Nocturne Op55N1. After walking with Misty and reaching the balcony, talk with Johnny and choose the option that involves trusting Arasaka. Play through the ending normally from there. The trophy unlocks after the final cutscene. This is one of the easiest endings mechanically, but also one of the easiest to miss, so knocking it out early saves you a lot of stress later.

Trophy: The Star

Leave Night City with the Aldecaldos.

Type: Silver

Category: Missable

Unlock Details

To earn this ending you need to complete Panam Palmer’s full storyline before starting the final mission Nocturne OP55N1. If Panam’s quests are not finished, or if her storyline is failed early, this ending is not available at all. Once her storyline is complete, start Nocturne OP55N1 and play until you walk with Misty onto the balcony. When Johnny asks what you want to do, choose the path that involves asking Panam and the Aldecaldos for help, then continue the mission normally. During the later conversation in cyberspace, choose to live out the rest of your life and return to your body instead of giving it up. Finish the ending with the Aldecaldos and leave Night City with them. This one is more about preparation than difficulty. If Panam is on your side, the rest flows naturally and the ending is very straightforward. It is also one of the more relaxed endings to play through, so take your time and enjoy the ride out of Night City.

Trophy: The Sun

Become a legend of the Afterlife.

Type: Silver

Category: Missable

Unlock Details

This ending unlocks by completing Rogue’s full storyline and then choosing her path during the final mission Nocturne OP55N1. If Rogue’s quests are not finished, or if Chippin’ In is failed early, this ending is not available. Once everything with Rogue is wrapped up, play Nocturne OP55N1 until you reach the balcony with Misty. When Johnny asks what you want to do, choose to go with Rogue and let Johnny take control. Follow the mission through as Johnny and continue until you reach cyberspace and speak with Alt. During that conversation, choose to let V live on and stay behind. Cross the bridge and commit to the choice to remain in cyberspace. The trophy unlocks after the ending cutscene. This one leans heavily on story setup rather than difficulty, so as long as Rogue is on your side, the rest plays out cleanly. It is a bold ending, but at this point you have already earned it.

Collectible

Trophy: Autojock

Buy all vehicles available for purchase.

Type: Silver

Category: Collectible

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks after buying every vehicle that is available for purchase. Only vehicles that cost money count. Any cars or bikes earned for free through quests or story events are not required. In total, you need to buy all twenty six purchasable vehicles, which makes this one a long money grind rather than a skill check. The key is patience and budgeting. Completing main jobs, side jobs, gigs, and scanner hustles provides more than enough money over time, especially if you avoid wasting eddies early. Loot enemies consistently and sell unused weapons instead of stockpiling everything. As long as you are clearing content naturally, the money will come without needing exploits. On PS4, vehicle offers come through fixer messages and may require completing gigs in specific districts and waiting for the texts to arrive. On PS5 with update 2.0, vehicles are purchased through terminals or the Autofixer site on your apartment computer, which makes tracking progress much easier. Once the final purchasable vehicle is bought, the trophy unlocks immediately. This one takes commitment, but it is very predictable, and steady progress wins every time.

Trophy: Breathtaking

Collect all items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand.

Type: Silver

Category: Collectible

Unlock Details

This trophy is earned by collecting all of Johnny Silverhand’s personal items across the game. Most of them are obtained automatically during main jobs and side quests tied to Johnny, so you will pick them up naturally just by progressing the story and Rogue’s storyline. As long as you stay thorough during those quests, most of the set fills itself in without effort. The only item that truly matters to watch out for is Johnny’s pants. They are found during the gig Psychofan in Heywood, inside the apartment you break into for the job. Make sure you loot the suitcase in the bedroom before leaving the apartment, because once the gig ends, you cannot go back. Johnny’s shoes come from the gig Family Heirloom and are inside the same locker as the objective item, and you can return for them later if needed. Johnny’s car is not required for the trophy, but it is available during Chippin’ In and is worth grabbing while you are there since you are already on that path. Once all of Johnny’s clothing and gear are in your inventory, the trophy unlocks. This one feels more intimidating than it actually is, and as long as you do not rush through Psychofan, it comes together cleanly.

Trophy: Frequent Flyer

Find all fast travel dataterms.

Type: Bronze

Category: Collectible

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by discovering every fast travel dataterm across the map. You do not need to use them or fast travel between them. You only need to get close enough for each dataterm to register as found. There are a lot of them spread throughout Night City and the surrounding areas, but they are placed along streets and common routes. If you normally drive instead of fast traveling, this trophy often unlocks naturally over time. Dataterms are easy to spot and are usually discovered just by passing nearby. You can track what you are missing by filtering the map to show only fast travel points, which makes cleanup much easier later. Nothing here is missable, and there is no pressure to rush it. Clear districts as you go, and this one quietly takes care of itself by the end of the game.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/pyjmNbwELNI

Trophy: The Wandering Fool

Find all tarot graffiti for Fool on the Hill.

Type: Silver

Category: Collectible

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by finding the tarot graffiti tied to the side job Fool on the Hill. There are twenty two tarot images in total, but only twenty are required for the trophy. The final two appear during the end of the story and do not count toward this requirement. Once the job is active, tarot graffiti appear on the map as blue card icons. You can track your progress directly in the journal under Fool on the Hill, which shows how many you have left to find. Clearing them is simply a matter of visiting each marked location and scanning the graffiti. Nothing here is missable, and you can collect them at any point before the end of the game. Take it district by district and it stays relaxing instead of turning into a hunt. When the twentieth tarot is scanned, the trophy unlocks.

Grind

Trophy: City Lights

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in City Center.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by fully clearing the City Center district of all gigs and all NCPD Scanner Hustles. City Center includes Downtown and Corpo Plaza, and every fixer job and scanner marker in those areas must be completed before the trophy will unlock. Some gigs only appear after earlier ones are finished, so if the map feels incomplete, keep clearing what is available and check back later. NCPD Scanner Hustles count the same as everywhere else and disappear once completed. Nothing here is missable, and you can return at any point to finish cleanup. Once the final gig or scanner hustle in City Center is completed, the trophy unlocks immediately. This district is smaller but denser, so clearing it in focused sessions keeps it quick and painless.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/wYSVa9_P-8M

Trophy: Greetings from Pacifica!

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Pacifica.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by fully clearing the Pacifica district of all gigs and all NCPD Scanner Hustles. Pacifica is much smaller than other districts, so there are fewer jobs overall, but every map marker in the district still needs to be completed before the trophy will unlock. There are only three gigs in Pacifica, along with the NCPD Scanner Hustles scattered around the area. Some activities may not appear immediately and can require finishing earlier jobs first, so if something seems missing, keep clearing what is available and check back. Nothing here is missable, and you can return at any time to clean up unfinished markers. Once the final gig or scanner hustle in Pacifica is completed and the map is clear, the trophy unlocks right away. It is one of the quicker district trophies and a nice confidence boost as you work through the rest of Night City.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/YVFQrS5_XSM

Trophy: It's Elementary

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Watson.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by fully clearing the Watson district of all gigs and all NCPD Scanner Hustles. That means every fixer job, every assault in progress, every reported crime, and every organized crime marker in Watson must be completed. If an icon is still on the map in this district, the trophy will not unlock. The easiest way to approach this is to treat Watson like a checklist zone and clear it methodically before moving on to other districts. Gigs come from fixers and count as finished once the job is completed, while NCPD Scanner Hustles are marked directly on the map and disappear when cleared. Nothing here is missable, and you can return at any point in the game to clean up anything you skipped earlier. Once the final gig or scanner hustle in Watson is completed, the trophy unlocks immediately. This is a long but straightforward grind, and knocking it out early makes the rest of the district trophies feel much lighter later on.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/ckY9Gew35wo

Trophy: Legend of The Afterlife

Reach maximum Street Cred.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks when you reach the maximum Street Cred level. Street Cred increases by completing gigs, side jobs, and NCPD Scanner Hustles, and it reflects how well known you are across Night City. The more work you take on, the faster it climbs. You do not need to grind this directly. Every major activity required for other trophies feeds into Street Cred naturally, including clearing districts and doing fixer jobs. As long as you are playing thoroughly and not skipping content, the level keeps rising in the background. By the time you are close to finishing everything else, Street Cred usually caps out on its own. It sounds bigger than it is, and most players earn this without ever trying for it specifically.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/OC6mdk7VyPg

Trophy: Little Tokyo

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Westbrook.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by fully clearing the Westbrook district of all gigs and all NCPD Scanner Hustles. Westbrook includes Charter Hill, Japantown, and North Oak, and every fixer job and scanner marker in those areas must be completed before the trophy will unlock. Some gigs only appear after earlier ones are finished, so if the map does not look complete right away, keep clearing what is available and check back later. NCPD Scanner Hustles work the same way they do everywhere else and disappear once completed. Nothing here is missable, and you can return to Westbrook at any point to finish cleanup. Once the final gig or scanner hustle in Westbrook is completed, the trophy unlocks immediately. This district is a bit busier than others, but steady map clearing keeps it manageable and prevents it from turning into a late game chore.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/CU8xKrAI5Gc

Trophy: Mean Streets

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Heywood.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by fully clearing the Heywood district of all gigs and all NCPD Scanner Hustles. That includes everything across The Glen, Wellsprings, and Vista Del Rey. If a marker is still visible anywhere in Heywood, the trophy will not unlock. Some gigs only appear after earlier ones are completed, so if the map feels unfinished, keep clearing what is available and check back. NCPD Scanner Hustles count the same as in every other district and disappear once completed. Nothing here is missable, and you can return at any time to clean up remaining activities. Once the final gig or scanner hustle in Heywood is completed, the trophy unlocks immediately. This district has a good mix of combat and investigation, and knocking it out steadily keeps it from becoming overwhelming later.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/sZrLuLB8EBY

Trophy: Ten out of Ten

Reach the maximum level in any skill.

Type: Bronze

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks when you reach the maximum level in any single skill. Skills are the progression bars tied to how you play, not the main attributes like Body or Reflexes. Things like Athletics, Handguns, or Crafting level up by repeatedly using them, and you only need one of these to hit its cap. On the PS4 version and older versions without the 2.0 update, this can be missable because a skill cannot go higher than its linked attribute. If an attribute is not raised high enough, the skills under it will stop leveling. Since there are not enough attribute points to max everything, you need to commit to one attribute early and push it all the way so one of its skills can reach the maximum level. If you spread points too thin, you can lock yourself out. On PS5 with update 2.0, this restriction is removed and the trophy becomes much more forgiving. Pick a playstyle you already enjoy and lean into it instead of forcing a grind. If you stay consistent, this trophy comes naturally rather than feeling like work.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/jcgAcaH59Y8

Trophy: The Jungle

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Santo Domingo.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by fully clearing the Santo Domingo district of all gigs and all NCPD Scanner Hustles. That includes everything in Rancho Coronado and Arroyo. Every fixer job and every scanner marker in these areas must be completed before the trophy will unlock. Some gigs only appear after earlier ones are finished, so if the map looks incomplete, keep clearing what is available and check back. NCPD Scanner Hustles disappear once completed and count immediately. Nothing here is missable, and cleanup can be done at any point during the game. Once the final gig or scanner hustle in Santo Domingo is completed, the trophy unlocks right away. This district tends to feel more combat heavy than others, but steady progress keeps it smooth and prevents it from turning into a late game grind.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/MqRPO8bhXRs

Trophy: The Wasteland

Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in the Badlands.

Type: Silver

Category: Grind

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by fully clearing the Badlands of all gigs and all NCPD Scanner Hustles. The Badlands cover the large areas outside Night City to the east and south, and every fixer job and scanner marker in those regions must be completed before the trophy will unlock. Some gigs only appear after earlier ones are finished, so if the map looks incomplete, keep clearing what is available and check back. NCPD Scanner Hustles count the same way they do in the city, and each one disappears once it is completed. Nothing here is missable, and you can return to the Badlands at any point to finish cleanup. Once the final gig or scanner hustle in the Badlands is completed, the trophy unlocks immediately. It is a longer clear due to the size of the area, but the open space and fewer crowds make it one of the calmer district grinds in the game.

Combat

Trophy: Christmas Tree Attack

Complete a Breach Protocol with at least 3 daemons uploaded.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by successfully uploading three daemons in a single Breach Protocol puzzle. You need to start a breach and solve the code so three daemon sequences are completed in one attempt. On PS4 and older versions, Breach Protocol is used on devices like cameras. Having a larger buffer makes this much easier, so using an operating system with more buffer space helps a lot. Starting a breach on a camera is fine, but you only get one attempt per device, so saving beforehand lets you retry if the sequence goes wrong.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/AUPURbsHBDU

Trophy: Daemon In The Shell

Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies with one Detonate Grenade quickhack.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating three enemies with a single Detonate Grenade quickhack. You first need access to the Detonate Grenade quickhack and enough RAM to activate it, then you need to use it on a tightly grouped set of enemies so the explosion takes all three at once. The cleanest method is looting the Detonate Grenade quickhack from netrunners in Pacifica. These enemies respawn, so if it does not drop right away, leave the area and come back until you get it. Once you have the quickhack, equip it in your operating system cyberware. On PS4, lower RAM setups are usually enough. On PS5, this trophy can be missable because Detonate Grenade requires very high RAM, so you must build into RAM boosting cyberware and an operating system that supports it before attempting the hack. After the quickhack is equipped and usable, find three enemies standing close together, scan one of them, and activate Detonate Grenade. Wait for the explosion to finish the group. Make a manual save beforehand, especially on PS5, because this setup requires commitment and the timing can be a little unforgiving. Once the explosion drops all three, the trophy unlocks immediately.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/u0e38-9s_-0

Trophy: Gun Fu

Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies in quick succession with a pistol or revolver in close combat.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating three enemies in very quick succession using a revolver or pistol while fighting up close. All three takedowns need to happen within a few seconds, and you must be right in their space when you do it. This often unlocks naturally during Johnny Silverhand’s sections, since his revolver is extremely strong and enemies tend to rush you. If you miss it there, equip a solid pistol or revolver, drop the difficulty to make things more forgiving, and look for a small group of enemies standing close together. Get in close, line them up, and finish them quickly before they can scatter. The trophy can be a little inconsistent, so if it does not pop right away, try again with a tighter group or even faster timing. When it registers correctly, it unlocks immediately and is over before you even realize it happened.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/kYrHVUTTlus

Trophy: Gunslinger

Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks when you shoot an enemy grenade out of the air using a revolver before it hits the ground. You just need a revolver equipped and an enemy willing to throw a grenade at you. Find a group of enemies and stay in combat long enough for one of them to toss a grenade. When it happens, watch for the grenade as it leaves their hand and shoot it midair with the revolver. Time slowing cyberware makes this much easier, since it gives you a clean window to line up the shot without panic aiming. The trophy can be a little buggy, so it may take a few tries. Make a manual save beforehand and reset if needed. Once the shot connects and the grenade explodes early, the trophy pops immediately and you are done.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/-W7u1d9duTs

Trophy: I Am The Law

Complete all Cyberpsycho Sightings.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by completing every Cyberpsycho Sighting across Night City. These are special gigs marked on the map that task you with neutralizing a cyberpsycho and then reporting back to Regina. There are seventeen total, spread across most districts, and all of them must be finished for the trophy to unlock. Each sighting counts as complete once the cyberpsycho is dealt with and the follow up objective is finished, usually involving scanning clues and sending the report. You do not need to kill them, and incapacitating them works just fine. Take your time during each encounter and make sure the mission fully closes before moving on. Nothing here is missable and you can clean these up at any point in the game. Once the final Cyberpsycho Sighting is completed, the trophy unlocks immediately. It is a long haul, but if you treat them as part of your regular map cleanup, it never feels overwhelming.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/nYIw1huUd4Q

Trophy: Must Be Rats

Use Distract Enemies quickhack 30 times without being detected.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by using the Distract Enemies quickhack thirty times without being detected. You must be in stealth for it to count, since the quickhack will not work once combat starts. While sneaking, enter scan mode and target nearby devices like TVs, cameras, or vending machines that enemies are close to. Use Distract Enemies to pull their attention without alerting them. As long as the enemy stays unaware, the use counts toward the total. You can farm this safely by distracting the same enemy repeatedly, waiting for your RAM to recharge each time. There is no time pressure and progress carries over, so take it slow and keep things quiet. Once the thirtieth successful distraction registers, the trophy unlocks.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/TYIkaBKVJ3Y

Trophy: Right Back At Ya

Kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade at you.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating an enemy shortly after they throw a grenade at you. The key is that the grenade must come from them first, and then you finish them before the moment passes. The easiest setup is to leave one weaker enemy alive during a fight and stay in combat until they throw a grenade. As soon as it leaves their hand, take them out with whatever weapon you like. If it does not register, reload and try again, since this one can be a little inconsistent. It is a very quick trophy once the setup is right. Stay calm, bait the throw, and end it cleanly.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/Ye9cTPgOdCg

Trophy: Rough Landing

Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with a Superhero Landing while Berserk is active.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating two enemies with a Superhero Landing while Berserk cyberware is active. You need a Berserk operating system equipped, then you have to drop from a higher position onto enemies while Berserk is turned on so the impact does the work. Find a small group of enemies standing close together near stairs, ledges, or rooftops. Activate Berserk, jump or drop from above, and land directly on them to trigger the slam. On PS5, make sure you are using a blunt weapon if your Berserk requires it, then perform the landing attack as you hit the ground. Positioning matters more than damage, so lining up the drop is the key. This trophy can be a little buggy, so making a manual save beforehand saves frustration. Once the landing downs two enemies in a single impact, the trophy unlocks immediately. It can take a couple of tries, but once the setup is right, it is over fast.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/fIxsR-HDAHg

Trophy: The Quick and the Dead

Kill or incapacitate 50 enemies while time is slowed.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating fifty enemies while time is slowed. You need a cyberware implant that triggers time slowdown, then all takedowns that happen during that slowed window count toward the total. Any time slowing implant works, as long as the effect is active when the enemy goes down. One of the easiest options is an implant that slows time when you aim, dodge, or slide, since it can be triggered constantly during normal combat. Equip it, then play normally and make sure you activate the slowdown before finishing enemies. There is no rush with this one, and progress carries across the entire playthrough. If you build the habit of triggering the slowdown before kills, the number climbs faster than you expect. Eventually the trophy pops on its own, usually without needing a dedicated grind.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/7y4zvDTcYcY

Trophy: True Soldier

Kill or incapacitate 300 enemies using ranged weapons.

Type: Silver

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks after killing or incapacitating three hundred enemies using ranged weapons. Any gun counts, including pistols, rifles, shotguns, snipers, and everything in between, and you can freely switch weapon types without resetting progress. This one progresses naturally as you play through jobs, gigs, and scanner hustles. There is no need to farm it aggressively unless you rush past combat often. Just keep using guns as your main tools and the number climbs steadily in the background. By the time you are clearing districts or working on other combat trophies, you are usually most of the way there already. Stick with ranged weapons consistently and this one takes care of itself without extra effort.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/tQqn0zGK6mA

Trophy: True Warrior

Kill or incapacitate 100 enemies using melee weapons.

Type: Silver

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks after killing or incapacitating one hundred enemies using melee weapons. Any melee weapon counts, and you can freely swap between types without affecting progress. This works best if you commit to melee for a stretch instead of mixing styles constantly. Jobs, gigs, and scanner hustles provide more than enough enemies, especially in tighter spaces where melee shines. You do not need to rush or farm anything specific, just keep finishing enemies up close. If you stick with melee while clearing districts or side content, this trophy comes naturally. It feels grindy on paper, but in practice it fills in faster than you expect once you lean into it.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/keOpEop72l0

Trophy: Two Heads, One Bullet

Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with one sniper rifle shot.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating two enemies with a single sniper rifle shot. The easiest way to do this is with a tech sniper rifle, since those shots can be charged to punch through targets lined up behind each other. Lowering the difficulty helps a lot, since enemies go down faster and the shot is more forgiving. Look for two enemies standing close together or walking in a straight line, line up their heads, charge the shot, and fire once. Positioning matters more than aim here, so take a second to wait for them to line up instead of rushing it. The trophy can be a little inconsistent, especially on newer versions, so do not be discouraged if it does not pop on the first try. Reset and repeat the setup if needed. When it registers correctly, the trophy unlocks immediately and you are done.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/dN5dOHK2D4Y

Trophy: V for Vendetta

Kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you within 5 seconds after reviving.

Type: Bronze

Category: Combat

Unlock Details

This trophy is earned by killing or incapacitating the enemy who takes you down after you revive with the Second Heart implant. You need to have Second Heart installed so it automatically brings you back when your health hits zero, then you have five seconds to get revenge on the same enemy. After equipping Second Heart, find a small group of enemies and clear everyone except one. Let that enemy kill you on purpose. When Second Heart triggers and you stand back up, immediately take them out before the five second window ends. Weakening the enemy beforehand helps a lot, since you want the kill to be instant once you revive. Make a manual save before attempting this, especially on PS4 where it can be missable and on PS5 where it can be a little buggy. When it works, the trophy pops right away. This one sounds scarier than it is, and once you control the setup, it is over in seconds.

Misc

Trophy: Bushido and Chill

Watch Bushido X with Rogue.

Type: Bronze

Category: Misc

Unlock Details

This trophy is earned by completing Rogue’s short side quest Blistering Love and watching Bushido X with her. To unlock that quest, you need to handle the job Chippin’ In correctly. During the visit to Johnny’s grave at the end of that mission, choose dialogue that keeps things friendly and shows you are willing to hear him out. The goal is to stay on Johnny’s good side and agree to move forward instead of shutting him down. Once Chippin’ In is finished the right way, call Rogue when prompted to start Blistering Love. Play through the quest normally and spend the evening with her, including watching the movie together. The trophy unlocks when the quest ends. This one is easy to miss because it depends entirely on tone rather than combat or skill checks. If you treat Johnny like a partner instead of an enemy, everything lines up naturally and the trophy comes quickly.

Trophy: Full Body Conversion

Install at least one implant in each system and body part.

Type: Bronze

Category: Misc

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by installing at least one implant in every cyberware slot in your body. You need one piece equipped in each system and body part, covering everything from your operating system and arms to your eyes and legs. The actual implant does not matter, only that the slot is filled. Ripperdocs sell implants for all categories, and you can mix cheap options with anything you already picked up from missions or enemies. You may need to visit more than one ripperdoc to find something for every slot, since not all of them stock the same cyberware. Street Cred can gate certain implants, but there is always at least one affordable option available for each slot as you progress. Once all slots are filled at the same time, the trophy unlocks immediately. Making a manual save beforehand lets you undo the purchases if you want your money back. This one is more about organization than difficulty, and it is very quick once you know what you are missing.

Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/4S7g9P2vX8o

Trophy: Master Crafter

Craft 3 Legendary items.

Type: Bronze

Category: Misc

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks when you craft three legendary items from the crafting menu. What matters is the rarity, not the type, so weapons, clothing, or even legendary crafting components all count as long as they are crafted by you. On PS4 and PS5 without update 2.0, this trophy can be missable because crafting legendary items is tied to Technical Ability and its perks. You need to fully commit to Technical Ability so legendary crafting is unlocked, then use lower tier components to work your way up until you can craft legendary items. Disassembling unused gear is the cleanest way to build materials, and vending machine junk can be dismantled for extra components if needed. As long as you have access to legendary crafting, making three items is straightforward. On PS5 with update 2.0, crafting is no longer tied to attributes, so the trophy is not missable. You will still need enough components, which usually means dismantling weapons and crafting components up through the tiers until you reach legendary. This can take some time, but money and loot are plentiful in this version, so it is more about patience than difficulty. Craft your third legendary item and the trophy should unlock, though it may pop a moment later since it can be slightly buggy.

Trophy: Stanislavski's Method

Use a life path dialogue option 10 times.

Type: Bronze

Category: Misc

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by choosing dialogue options tied to V’s life path a total of ten times. These options are clearly labeled with Corpo, Nomad, or Street Kid, depending on what you chose at the start of the game. You will see them during both main jobs and side content, and they count as long as you actively select them. There are far more than ten opportunities across a normal playthrough, so you do not need to hunt them down or stress about missing a few. Just pay attention during conversations and pick the life path option whenever it appears. If you stay aware and lean into your chosen background, this trophy usually unlocks naturally well before the story is over.

Trophy: Judy vs Night City

Complete Judy Alvarez's storyline.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by completing Judy Alvarez’s full side storyline, which becomes available after the main job Disasterpiece. From that point on, the key is simply staying responsive to her messages and calls so each quest triggers in order. As long as you keep helping her when she reaches out, the storyline will continue without issue. The only moment that can block the trophy happens during the quest Pisces. When Maiko makes her offer at the end of the job, you must refuse it. Accepting the deal cuts Judy’s story short and prevents the final quest from unlocking. Declining keeps Judy on your side and allows the storyline to continue. After Pisces, wait for Judy to contact you again to start Pyramid Song. Finish that final quest and the trophy unlocks. Judy’s arc is more emotional than difficult, and if you back her when it matters, everything wraps up cleanly.

Trophy: Life of the Road

Complete Panam Palmer's storyline.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by completing Panam Palmer’s full side storyline, which becomes available after meeting her during the main story and finishing Lightning Breaks. Once her first side job starts, it must be completed successfully or the entire storyline ends early and the trophy becomes unavailable. The key is responding to Panam when she calls and not letting her early quest fail due to delays or abandoning her. The critical point is Riders on the Storm. When Panam asks for help rescuing Saul, you need to commit and follow through. If you agree to ride with her, drive straight to the camp without wandering off. If you choose to meet her there yourself, make sure you do it within the time window the game gives you. As long as Saul is rescued and the quest finishes properly, the rest of her storyline is safe. After that, continue helping Panam through With a Little Help from My Friends and then Queen of the Highway. Stay on her side during conversations and see the jobs through as they come up. Once Queen of the Highway is complete, the trophy unlocks. This storyline is more about loyalty than difficulty, and sticking with Panam from start to finish makes it one of the smoothest character trophies in the game.

Trophy: The Fool

Become a mercenary.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This unlocks during the prologue and you cannot miss it, so just relax and enjoy the opening. Jackie runs you through a VR tutorial where you learn combat, stealth, and hacking basics, and it is worth paying attention because the game throws a lot at you early. Once you finish and step out of the simulator, ride along with Jackie and the trophy will pop as you exit the vehicle, officially marking the start of your merc life.

Trophy: The Hermit

Find Alt Cunningham.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This unlocks after completing Transmission, but you must accept Brigitte’s offer during I Walk the Line or call her later to continue the questline. The mission moves through cyberspace, a Johnny Silverhand flashback, and the Voodoo Boys storyline, so expect a mix of story and combat. Just follow the objectives and make your way through each section, and the outcome of your earlier NetWatch choice will slightly change how things play out, but either way you will reach Alt Cunningham and unlock the trophy.

Trophy: The High Priestess

Talk with Hanako Arasaka.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This unlocks after completing Search and Destroy, and this is a very important mission because it determines whether you can unlock the Devil ending later. Before starting, make a manual save just in case, because missing one key step here can lock you out. When you meet Takemura in the apartment, knock four times to avoid trouble, then after the Arasaka forces attack and you regain control, go back and save Takemura before escaping the building. It is easy to miss since the game pushes you forward, but taking a moment to go back here saves you from needing another full playthrough.

Trophy: The Lovers

Steal the Relic.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

You earn this after completing The Heist, one of the most important missions in the game and a major turning point for V. You and Jackie infiltrate Konpeki Plaza to steal the Relic, and while the job starts clean it quickly goes sideways, forcing a full escape under pressure. Stay focused during the escape sequence and follow the objective markers, and once the situation with the damaged biochip plays out, the trophy will unlock as the story shifts into a much bigger direction.

Trophy: The Wheel of Fortune

Interrogate Anders Hellman.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This trophy comes from finishing Life During Wartime, a mission that introduces Panam and mixes combat with a bit of choice-driven dialogue. The opening car chase is straightforward, just use the turret to take down drones while Panam drives, then push through the crash site to reach the AV controls. When you finally track down Hellman at the gas station, deal with him and progress through the motel interrogation scene, and once the mission wraps up the trophy will unlock, setting up the rest of Panam’s storyline.

Trophy: The World

Complete the main storyline.

Type: Gold

Category: Story

Unlock Details

You earn this after completing Where Is My Mind and reaching the credits, and it will unlock regardless of which ending you choose. That said, it is smart to go for the Devil ending first if you are cleaning up trophies, since it can be missable depending on earlier choices. After the credits finish, choose “Sure, Just One More Gig” to get placed back before the final mission, which lets you wrap up anything you missed without starting over, so you are never really locked out of finishing the rest of the game.

Trophy: To Bad Decisions!

Complete Kerry Eurodyne's storyline.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This trophy is earned by completing Kerry Eurodyne’s full side storyline from beginning to end. His quests only become available after finishing Rogue’s storyline, at which point Kerry will eventually contact you and start the chain. As long as you keep responding to his messages and finishing each job, the storyline will continue naturally. The one quest that matters most is Rebel! Rebel!. During this job, Kerry asks you to help him deal with a situation involving Us Cracks. After the action is over, he invites you to get out of the car and talk with him. You must either get out and follow him or decline politely. Do not drive away when given the choice, because leaving at that moment ends the storyline and permanently misses the trophy. This is the only real failure point. After that, continue completing Kerry’s remaining quests as they unlock over time, including his later hangouts and final job. Once the last quest in his storyline is finished, the trophy unlocks. Kerry’s arc is more about sticking with him than playing perfectly, so give him the time he asks for and let the story play out.

Trophy: To Protect and Serve

Complete River Ward's storyline.

Type: Bronze

Category: Story

Unlock Details

This trophy unlocks by completing River Ward’s full side storyline from start to finish. It begins with I Fought the Law, where you meet River while investigating a case for the Peralez family, and your dialogue choices here do not block the trophy. Finish the job normally and keep following River’s messages when he contacts you again. The important part happens during The Hunt. While investigating Randy’s disappearance, you must successfully progress through the braindance sequence later in the quest. Make sure you scan the available clues in the recordings instead of rushing through them. Missing the key evidence here can stop the storyline entirely, which makes the trophy missable. As long as you take your time and scan what the game highlights, you will be fine and the quest will continue to its conclusion. After rescuing Randy, wait for River to contact you again to start Following the River. Complete this final quest and the trophy unlocks at the end. This storyline is more emotional than difficult, and as long as you stay patient during the investigation, everything else flows naturally.
